Tuesday Twerkouts!

Twerk Tuesdays is a fun, high energy yet sexy workout class! In these classes we will go over basic twerk moves while slowly increasing to intermediate levels. Each class will be something different from focusing on shaking to New Orleans Bounce, to whining to afrobeats as well as twerking to our favorite American songs. Twerking is an ancient dance known as mapouka that focuses on the hips which is the carriage for wombs. Not only will will be improving skills, confidence, having fun and working out, but we will also increase the health of the womb.
